Responsibilities include managing the work of CC analysts, biostatisticians, and statistical programmers in the development and implementation of analysis plans; performing quality control reviews of analytical outputs; documenting analyses; reviewing reports to verify data; and providing epidemiological design guidance to study investigators. researcher to manage and support a variety of scientific and methodological activities at the National Children’s Study
Coordinating Center. This challenging position requires developing white papers and memos on a wide array of topics such
as data protection/confidentiality; management of limited biological specimens and environmental samples; support of adjunct
studies; and implementation of methods studies such as those on automated response (Interactive Voice Recognition [IVR] and

We are seeking biostatisticians to participate with academic and clinical investigators as part of a biostatistical and data management team responsible for the design, implementation, and analysis of multiple clinical trials covering a wide range of medical areas. normative educational and cognitive assessment of children and/or developmental disorders. This position will support protocol
development and training on the National Children’s Study (NCS), a large longitudinal study of children’s health and development.
Responsibilities include assisting a team of researchers in identifying and evaluating measures for possible use on the study;
developing detailed procedures for assessments; conducting training sessions for data collectors; and developing and implementing
quality control procedures. Qualified applicants should have a Ph.D. in psychology or a related field with a child focus, or
should be ABD with a concrete plan to finish the degree. Eligible candidates must have experience with longitudinal research
