Permanent license with cost based on number of users. This license will never expire. The holder is entitled to limited email technical support for 12 months after purchase. Technical support questions must be channeled through one person at the licensee's location. Upgrades would have to be purchased, but at a 50% discount from the current full price.

No distinction is made between installations on individual PCs and on a network server. The number of users is based on the maximum number of persons who would potentially use the software. This is not the number of simultaneous users. For example, if five persons would, at some time, use the software, then a five-user license must be purchased regardless of whether all five would ever use the software simultaneously.

This license is also based on the number of users but expires at the end of 1 year. Holders are entitled to free upgrades during the license period. Technical support questions must be submitted by email and have to be channeled through one person at the licensee's location.

This license is intended for government agencies or universities that distribute public use databases.

• A licensee is allowed to distribute a (modified) copy of WesVar to analysts along with the data sets.
• Technical support inquiries from analysts must be routed through a contact person at the enterprise.
• Cost will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
