Over a dozen Westat health services researchers in health policy, patient safety, nurse workforce, health information technology, and health economics are attending the AcademyHealth’s Annual Research Meeting (ARM) in New Orleans, Louisiana, June 25-27, 2017.
The ARM brings together a wide variety of stakeholders leading the charge to transform delivery systems and health care in this rapidly changing landscape. The 2017 ARM program features compelling session formats, panels on critical and emerging issues in health services research, and presentations of high-quality peer-reviewed research.
Westat will be on site, Booth 119, so that attendees can stop by and learn about our work and expertise. Lois Olinger will be chairing the half-day Health Information Technology (HIT) Special Interest Group meeting. In addition, Jennifer Nooney will be presenting a poster, Development of a Measure and National Estimate of Readiness to Participate in a Wellness Program for Medicare Beneficiaries, on behalf of the evaluation team, which includes Lauren Mercincavage, Lois Olinger, and Zhiqun Tang.
