Helping All Students Succeed: Tom Munk and the Success Gaps Toolkit

Helping to ensure an equitable education for all students is the goal of the Success Gaps Toolkit. To this end, Westat expertise will be on hand to share the techniques of the toolkit at the National Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) Conference, January 30-February 2, 2019, in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Success Gaps Toolkit has been developed out of the IDEA Data Center (IDC), its predecessor (the Data Accountability Center), and partners, including the Office of Special Education Program’s Regional Resource Centers.

Tom Munk, Ph.D., a Westat Senior Study Director and senior education analyst, is one of the nation’s leading trainers on this tool. Dr. Munk will be presenting at the conference:

Tom Munk, Jennifer Martin, and  Laura Jurgensen. (Presentation). Equity, Inclusion, and Opportunity: Addressing Success Gaps in Our Schools and Districts.
