Tribes Explore Harnessing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) at 2018 National Tribal GIS Conference

Westat, as part of the Capacity Building Center for Tribes (CBCT), is bringing our geographic information systems (GIS) expertise to the 2018 National Tribal GIS Conference, November 7-9, 2018, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The conference is organized by the National Tribal Geographic Information Support Center (NTGISC) and Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI).

The conference theme is Impact of New Technologies - Flying into the Future. The event brings together GIS professionals like Westat, GIS users, Tribal leaders, and others to exchange information and explore new ways Tribes can use GIS technologies.
