Westat is bringing our GIS expertise to the 2017 National Tribal GIS Conference, November 15 -17, 2017, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As part of the Capacity Building Center for Tribes (CBCT), we are also a sponsor of the event. The conference is organized by the National Tribal Geographic Information Support Center (NTGISC) and Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI).
The conference theme is Cultural Stewardship through Geospatial Technologies. The event brings together GIS professionals like Westat, GIS users, Tribal leaders, and others to exchange information and explore new ways Tribes can use GIS technologies.
