Overview

Laura Gray, MPH, is a Senior Research Associate with 15 years of experience conducting and communicating health services research with subject matter expertise in patient safety culture and health care quality and innovation. Gray manages large, multiyear projects that include technical assistance, environmental scans, survey development, and product development tasks (e.g., improvement resources and action planning tools). Gray coordinates and leads communication efforts on federal, large-scale, health care service delivery projects for  AHRQ and CMS. She engages with stakeholders, creates and conducts promotional activities such as webinars, and writes reports for varied audiences.

In previous work, Gray managed client services for the Office of the Victim Advocate at the University of Maryland University Health Center, where she provided support and assistance to crime victims, developed education programs and materials, and trained students and staff on how to address issues related to campus violence
