SusanMountford@westat.comSusan Mountford, MBA, is a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Westat. She joined the company in December 2013 as Vice President, Corporate Finance. In May 2016, Mountford was appointed Treasurer, and in October 2018, she was appointed CFO.
Mountford began her career working in public accounting and continues to maintain a current license as a Maryland Certified Public Accountant. She has worked with a broad range of business entities, including private, public, for profit and not for profit, developing her extensive financial management experience. Prior to her tenure with Westat, Mountford worked for 14 years with another employee-owned professional services company.
During her career, Mountford has had the pleasure to volunteer with organizations providing support to individuals with special needs. Mountford currently serves on the Board for SEEC, a Montgomery County, Maryland, nonprofit agency that provides individualized, community-based supports to individuals with developmental disabilities to help them live lives of their choosing.
