Greg Binzer joined Westat in 1980. He served as a project manager overseeing the technical and IT aspects of several large contracts. Mr. Binzer is currently the Vice President and Director of Westat’s Survey Operations Study Area, which performs some of the nation’s largest and most complex research studies involving in-person data collection. These studies include national and international school-based student assessments, and in-person household and facility-based data collections regarding health status, health care costs, and health trends from childhood to old age.
These projects are performed for U.S. federal agencies and international organizations, including the National Center for Education Statistics, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the National Center for Health Statistics, the National Institute on Aging, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the Energy Information Administration, and the National Science Foundation.
Mr. Binzer enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing, and vacationing to great places with his wife.
