Ray Snowden

Vice President, Corporate Systems & Applications

Ray Snowden joined Westat in 1998 and is Vice President of Corporate Systems and Applications. He has led the development of a number of technical projects, including integrated multimode study management systems, the large-scale adoption of virtualized infrastructure, and the establishment of a comprehensive IT security program. Mr. Snowden has more than 35 years of experience in application development and IT management.

Mr. Snowden enjoys reading and hiking and has volunteered on 7 international housebuilding trips with Habitat for Humanity.
