Terri Annis

Associate Director, Field Services

Terri Annis is an Associate Director in our Field Services Unit and manages Westat’s field HR office, providing expertise on HR policies and procedures for Westat’s 10,000 field data collectors. She serves as a resource for project leaders providing training on best practices and management of data collector personnel and compliance issues.

Annis chairs Westat’s Field Committee, which develops policies and procedures for the employment of field data collection staff and best practices for many aspects of field studies, serving as a resource for projects across Westat’s research areas.
