Beyond Benefits Survey Usability Interview Recruitment
Social Security Administration (SSA) is seeking feedback on a survey for the Beyond Benefits Study to help SSA better understand the service, medical, and employment needs of people who stop receiving disability payments (SSDI or SSI). If you are interested in participating, please read the information below and call toll-free at 1-855-516-3665.

We are looking for working-age adults who receive Social Security disability payments (SSDI or SSI) now or stopped receiving disability payments due to medical improvement to participate in a usability test interview. Your participation will help SSA ensure the survey is user-friendly.
The interview will last about 60 minutes and will take place virtually, over Microsoft Teams. Participants must have access to a computer and internet for the interview. Participants will receive a $40 prepaid VISA gift card for their time at the end of the interview. Participants will be asked questions about demographic characteristics to ensure a diverse group of respondents. Social Security Administration is working with Westat, a research firm located in Maryland, to conduct these interviews. If you are interested in participating, please call Westat toll-free at 1-855-516-3665. If leaving a message, please only include your first name and a phone number beginning with the area code where you can be reached. Someone from Westat will return your call. Please understand that we may not be able to interview everyone who expresses interest.
