In celebration of 40 years of Blaise, Statistics Netherlands is excited to host the 21st International Blaise Users Conference (IBUC) in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, from April 8-10, 2025. Blaise is a powerful computer-assisted interviewing (CAI) system and survey processing tool for the Windows operating system and the internet. It was developed by Statistics Netherlands and licensed and supported in North and South America by Westat.
The week will kick off with a pre-conference day on April 7, with training sessions on Blaise led by members of Team Blaise followed by 3 days of conference presentations. The week will conclude with a BCLUB meeting for BCLUB members on Friday, April 11.
