FNS has just released the Fiscal Year 2025 SNAP-Ed Plan Guidance (PDF). Westat collaborated with FNS national and regional offices to update the Guidance with usability and equity top of mind. Here are other enhancements:
- Guidance contents have been refined and reorganized to improve readability and flow across topics
- CDC’s Preferred Terms for Select Population Groups & Communities were updated.
SNAP-Ed resources previously developed by Westat, including the SNAP-Ed Needs Assessment Toolkit and Policy, Systems, and Environmental Change Initiative Data Toolkit, support agencies in carrying out planning and program monitoring activities described in the SNAP-Ed Plan Guidance.
