Westat will support ECS on Accelerating VA Innovation and Learning (AVAIL) for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) and the Office of Healthcare Innovation and Learning. This indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract aims to further medical innovation and augment the agencies’ ongoing design, development, and testing efforts around health care innovation. Westat will bring its expertise in evaluation of innovative health care and service delivery models and research on creating meaningful value for VHA clinicians, administrators, caregivers, and most importantly, veterans.
