Throughout her career at Westat, she has led multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement practical, evidence-based approaches that strengthen survey outcomes, optimize operations, and support informed decision-making for clients and policymakers.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and strategic perspective, Hicks consistently guides complex projects through periods of change, bringing together rigorous methodology, technological innovation, and real-world operational insight. Her deep technical expertise, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, and clear vision will drive continued excellence and modernization across survey research at Westat.
