Westat will address improvements in field staff recruitment, retention, production, and engagement at the International Field Directors and Technologies Conference June 25-28, 2023, to be held at the Renaissance Long Beach Hotel in Long Beach, California. The conference provides an informal forum for communication between field directors, field technology programmers, and survey management personnel from around the world. This year there is a lot to discuss as more surveys embrace new technologies and multimode designs.
