Westat on Forbes 2021 List of America’s Best Employers for Diversity

Forbes 2021 America’s Best Employers for Diversity includes Westat in its ranking. The list is based on an independent survey from a sample of 50,000+ Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. Westat has also been included on the 2021 Forbes America’s Best Mid-Sized Employers ranking.
For this latest survey on diversity, employees gave their opinions on a series of statements regarding age, gender, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQA+, and general diversity in their current workplace.
“It is an honor for Westat to receive this recognition from Forbes based on input provided by our own workforce,” noted Westat President Scott Royal. “We are proud of and celebrate our company culture, where we respect our individual differences and use those perspectives to strengthen our teamwork and collaboration.”
