Westat on Forbes 2023 List of America’s Best Employers for Diversity

Forbes 2023 List of America’s Best Employers for Diversity includes Westat in its ranking. The list is based on an independent survey from a sample of more than 45,000 Americans working for businesses from all industry sectors with at least 1,000 employees working in their U.S. operations.
Employees gave their opinions on a series of statements regarding age, gender, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQ+, and general diversity in their current workplace. Respondents provided direct and indirect recommendations to evaluate their employers with regard to diversity and how companies fared across a range of diversity-related best-practices.
