Westat is on the 2021 Forbes Best Employers for Women list, having been identified in an independent survey from a sample of approximately 50,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S. The sample included 30,000+ women. Westat joins 300 companies receiving the highest total scores and is ranked 1 of only 10 awarded employers in the “Professional Services” industry subcategory.
The survey was conducted using several online access panels, providing a representative sample of the U.S. workforce. Each employee was asked which firm or institution he or she works for in an open-ended question and with an autofill option.
