Westat is ranked as #219 on the Forbes 2022 Best Employers for Women, an annual ranking of companies that identifies firms valued most by female workers. The data are based on a survey of 50,000 Americans, including 30,000 women, working for companies with at least 1,000 employees. Four hundred companies made the cut this year for the award; Westat is listed in the industry category of Professional Services.

The survey is a representative sample of the U.S. workforce and is based on general workforce topics, topics relevant to women, indirect recommendations provided by women on employers in their specific industry, and diversity among top executives and board.
