Brad Edwards is a Vice President and Director of Field Services. He has 4 decades of experience designing and managing large, complex surveys. Edwards leads major studies in health care and aging, fosters innovations in field data collection methods and technologies, and guides policies and procedures for recruiting, training, and managing thousands of field employees throughout the company.
Edwards co-edited several books that illustrate the range of his expertise: Total Survey Error in Practice, Hard-to-Survey Populations, and Survey Methods in Multinational, Multiregional, and Multicultural Contexts.
