Christine de los Santos

Overview

Christine de los Santos is a Vice President for Technology and Digital Solutions. She is an action-oriented and results-driven Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with extensive experience leading large-scale technology initiatives. She is skilled in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that span multiple workstreams, including business and data analysis, data science, master scheduling, vendor management, budget analysis and tracking, and hardware deployment management.

De los Santos serves as a project director for large-scale data analytics initiatives, leading multidisciplinary teams of data visualization analysts, data scientists, and business analysts. In this role, she oversees efforts to transform complex data into actionable insights through advanced dashboards, automated data acquisition, and integration of diverse data sources. Her teams apply cutting-edge analytical approaches, including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and social network analysis, to deliver high-value analytical products that support informed decision-making.

De los Santos has also served as an IT director on multiple projects, with responsibility for the full management and execution of the software development life cycle. In addition, she has held deputy project director roles on major data collection efforts, overseeing key aspects of multimode survey operations, including systems development.
