Gay Lamey

Overview

Gay Lamey, Vice President of Corporate Strategy, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, program evaluation, and project management. She leads the implementation of enterprise strategic planning initiatives, organizational priorities, and special projects, providing performance reporting and strategic insights to senior leaders and the executive team.

Before joining Westat, Lamey served as Vice President of Program Operations at Edvance Research Inc., where she managed contractual performance, client relationships, and teams of project managers and coordinators. She oversaw a wide portfolio of research, evaluation, and technical assistance projects, with extensive experience managing complex, large-scale initiatives.
