Glynis Jones

Overview

Glynis Jones is a Principal Research Associate for Public Health. She is a strategic communications professional with 20 years of experience in project management, marketing, and partner engagement. She demonstrates strong leadership, cultivates a collaborative team environment, and makes well-informed decisions that drive successful project outcomes.

Her approach to communications programs has been instrumental in achieving results for her clients. Her multifaceted communications projects span a variety of federal clients, including, CDC, AHRQ, CMS, and SAMHSA. Jones crafted several comprehensive programs to guide the recruitment, selection, seamless onboarding, and robust action plan development.

As project director for NHLBI’s The Heart Truth®, she oversees crucial management tasks for national health awareness observances, health education initiatives, advancement of partnerships, and messaging and materials development.

Jones previously managed the Healthy Hearts Network, a network of more than 40 federal, national, and regional public and private sector organizations committed to the mission of the program.
