Overview

Hilary Wagner is a Senior Associate for Social Policy and Economics Research. She is an experienced technical assistance provider and a researcher in the fields of nutrition and human services programs. She has many years of experience managing small- and large-scale projects, providing policy support and training, and conducting qualitative research.

Wagner has supported projects for USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service (FNS); ACF’s Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE); and CMS. For example, she is Project Director for OPRE’s Methodological Advancements and FNS’s Child Nutrition Access and Accountability Through Technology National Training Conference. She also serves as Deputy Project Director for HHS’s Diaper Distribution Demonstration and Research Pilot Evaluation.

Earlier, Wagner was a research analyst with the Global Obesity Prevention Center at Johns Hopkins University. A Certified Meeting Professional—the meeting and event industry’s gold standard designation—she is experienced in all phases of event initiation, implementation, monitoring, and closeout.
