Jane Shepherd, PhD, is the Vice President and Director, Research Operations. She has a broad range of research experience serving in leadership roles on some of Westat’s most complex studies and overseeing large-scale data management and survey operations projects. She manages a department that provides data management, processing, governance, and stewardship capabilities and services to projects throughout their lifecycle. The department supports data collection for multimode projects, including self-administered and telephone surveys.
