Kelsey Gray is an Associate Vice President for Social Policy and Economics Research. She brings years of experience assessing social programs and policies, with a focus on advanced data analytic methods and data visualization techniques. Her expertise is in presenting technical concepts in easy-to-understand reports, interactive visualizations, and presentations. She is experienced with a variety of machine learning techniques and is an expert user of R, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
Gray has directed projects deploying dashboards, developing machine learning algorithms, applying natural language processing techniques, and generating automated reports. She leads projects for HHS’s Administration for Children and Families, USDA FNS, DOL, and NSF to make data more automated, accessible, and agile. She is a certified Tableau Specialist.
