Lila Gutuskey

Overview

Lila Gutuskey, PhD, is a Principal Research Associate for Education and Social Policy with more than a decade of experience in program evaluation, applied research, and data-informed technical assistance. Her work centers on designing and leading rigorous studies, translating complex data into operational guidance, and strengthening the effectiveness of large-scale social programs.

Gutuskey’s expertise spans evaluation design and implementation, user experience research, stakeholder and participant engagement, and quality assurance for complex, multicomponent initiatives. She is skilled at developing practical, audience-centered tools and resources and communicating findings clearly to support decision-making across a range of audiences.
