Lila Gutuskey, PhD, is a Principal Research Associate for Education and Social Policy with more than a decade of experience in program evaluation, applied research, and data-informed technical assistance. Her work centers on designing and leading rigorous studies, translating complex data into operational guidance, and strengthening the effectiveness of large-scale social programs.
Gutuskey’s expertise spans evaluation design and implementation, user experience research, stakeholder and participant engagement, and quality assurance for complex, multicomponent initiatives.
