Mary Dingwall

Overview

Mary Dingwall, MS, is a Principal Research Associate for Public Health with more than 30 years of experience in health, environmental, community service, workforce, and transportation research. Dingwall is currently the Westat contract manager for a large, multitask support contract for the Epidemiology Branch at the NIEHS. As a manager for this and other contracts, she ensures that project milestones are achieved; oversees budgeting and financial reporting; assigns and manages appropriately skilled staff; and reviews project deliverables. As an operations manager, Dingwall has overseen web-based, mail, telephone, in-person, and mixed-mode data collection. She is highly experienced in survey design, data collection materials development, protocol and training development, and report writing. She has also prepared multiple OMB, IRB, and NDI submission packages. In addition, she is skilled in conducting focus group and cognitive interviewing.
