Michelle Amsbary is a Vice President in our Large Surveys Practice and a survey methodologist with 20+ years of experience in all phases of survey research, including survey operations design and innovation, methods research, and management. She has directed several important studies with a wide variety of research topics, including the 2018 Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey and the 2020 American National Election Studies, and contributed methodological and operational expertise to several others.
Her recent project management experience focused on multimode data collection, including an innovative combination of online data collection, telephone interviews, and video interviews using computer-assisted video interviewing (CAVI).
Amsbary is involved in corporate efforts to assess and implement IT innovations and technology as well as facilitate interactions with field staff.
