Shannon Griffin is a Senior Research Associate for Behavioral Health and Health Policy. She is a skilled researcher, analyst, and project director in the field of health policy with many years of experience in mixed-methods analysis. She focuses on health policy contracts and supports numerous quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research and analysis teams. Griffin brings particular expertise in presenting analyses, policy implications, and action items in clear, understandable formats to audiences.

Griffin is the subcontractor project director for CMS’s Medicare Part C Improper Payment Measure study, a quantitative Task Lead for CMS’s evaluation of the End-Stage Renal Disease Quality Incentive Program, a Task Lead for CMS’s Integrated Care for Kids evaluation, and a Task Lead for HRSA’s Autism Collaboration, Accountability, Research, Education, and Support Act evaluation. She has also supported projects for ACL, AHRQ, the Defense Department Advisory Committee on Women in the Services, NCES, NSF, and PCORI.
