Associate Vice President

Overview

Sonya Streeter is an Associate Vice President for Behavioral Health and Health Policy. She brings 20 years of experience in health care policy research, with a focus on technical assistance and implementation evaluation. An experienced project director with expertise in qualitative data collection and collaborative learning techniques, Streeter has led projects in innovative health care delivery models, quality improvement, and value-based care redesign. She has published widely, led interactive trainings, and given numerous conference presentations. Streeter also has a strong project management background in strategic planning, communications and dissemination, and project budgeting.

Streeter serves as Director of the evaluation and monitoring project for CMS’s End-Stage Renal Disease Quality Incentive Program, which explores access, quality, and health for Medicare beneficiaries on dialysis. She leads the evaluation of CMS’s Integrated Care for Kids Model and the OneCare Vermont health initiative.
