Overview

Abram Rosenblatt, PhD, is a Vice President for Behavioral Health and Health Policy and specializes in child welfare, justice, and behavioral health issues. He brings more than 2 decades of experience as faculty in an academic medical center directing a program of child and adolescent services research. Rosenblatt conducts local-, state-, and national-level evaluations focused on children, adolescents, and young adults, many of whom are often involved with multiple human service delivery systems.

Rosenblatt regularly publishes in his areas of expertise, including evaluation methodology; outcomes measurement; evidence-based practices; child, adolescent, and young adult behavioral health services; and behavioral health policy research.
