Alisha Creel, PhD, is an Associate Vice President for Survey Management and Design. She provides project management and financial oversight for Westat’s premier in-person surveys and contributes expertise on study design and instrument development, cognitive testing, data collection and management, and data analysis and dissemination to various audiences.
Earlier in her career, Creel provided financial and management oversight for a health survey practice. She has directed telephone, mail, and web surveys; program evaluations; and qualitative research. Creel’s wide-ranging topical interests include health services research, military and veteran health, problematic alcohol use, prescription drug misuse, health-related stigma and interventions to reduce stigma, barriers to care and screening, and sexual assault prevention.
