Christine de los Santos

Christine de los Santos is an Associate Director in our Large Surveys Practice with experience in devising and implementing technology solutions that facilitate collaboration and information sharing. She has expertise in strategic planning as well as management and organizational development, team building, and project execution.

De los Santos serves as IT director on several projects where she is responsible for the overall management and execution of the software development life cycle. She also served as deputy project director on a U.S. Census Bureau data collection project managing several facets of this multimode survey, including all systems development. In support of the project director, she was responsible for client communication, budget management, risk management, oversight of the field data collection, and data delivery.
