Debra Rog
Debra J. Rog, PhD, is a Vice President for Social Policy and Economics Research. She enjoys developing new evaluation strategies and techniques. Her unit conducts a range of evaluation studies that examine the implementation, outcomes, and costs of program, policies, and systems initiatives for vulnerable and disadvantaged populations.
Rog’s work embraces methods tailored to evaluation questions, program, and context. The work involves close collaboration with clients to understand how to most efficiently and effectively serve adults, youth, and families to promote and foster health, well-being, and self-sufficiency. Clients include the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, among others.
