Elizabeth Bissett is an Associate Vice President for Survey Management and Design with more than 20 years of experience in survey management, instrument design, development of training programs, and data collection. She has served as the project director for several multiyear, large-scale early childhood studies with responsibilities including technical leadership, financial management, contractual compliance, staffing, schedule development, and quality management. Additionally, she leads project teams covering instrument design, systems, data management, statistical, and psychometric areas.
