Overview

Kathryn Rolnick, MPH, is a Vice President for Behavioral Health and Health Policy with 20+ years of experience in project management, survey operations, IT infrastructure planning, data analysis, product development and dissemination, organizational management and strategy, strategic planning, and planning and evaluation of health education programs. As the project director for the Drug Abuse Warning Network (DAWN) for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Rolnick leads a team of project staff and medical record abstractors in every aspect of project execution. She is responsible for contract adherence, financial management, progress reporting, data delivery, IT systems development and infrastructure maintenance, staff resource allocation, and client communications and collaboration. Rolnick serves Behavioral Health and Health Policy as an Institutional Review Board practice representative and is a member of Westat’s Data Science Task Force.
