Overview

Lisa Rodriguez, a Vice President for Survey Management and Design, has more than 20 years of experience in overseeing many aspects of large-scale survey research and school-based field data collection. Her areas of expertise focus on designing and implementing assessment protocols, distance training development, and large-scale digital assessment data collection operations. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Rodriguez is the project director of the Data Collection contract for the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), which is conducted by NCES. NAEP is a congressionally mandated assessment of the knowledge and skills of young Americans in a variety of academic subjects. Rodriguez specializes in operationalizing a large-scale digitally based assessment in schools across the country. This includes directing the operations of the data collection processes and the distance training program for field staff who administer assessments to about 1 million students from 20,000 schools when states and district samples are assessed.
