Rick Dulaney, a Vice President for Technology and Digital Solutions, has more than 30 years of experience with IT systems and applications on several of Westat’s largest and most complex projects. Dulaney manages more than 60 IT professionals with expertise in systems design, instrument development, multimode architecture and applications, data science, statistical programming, and quality assurance. He has extensive experience in all phases of survey systems, including large-scale multimode implementation, field management systems, home office processing, and data delivery and dissemination.
Dulaney leads corporate IT strategy, chairing or serving on several steering groups and committees that direct project IT capabilities across Westat’s largest field projects.
