Webinar on Accessing and Analyzing NCES Data

Join us for an upcoming free webinar, Using NCES Data for Your Research, focused on resources and tools for accessing and analyzing data from the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES). The session will feature an expert panel led by Brian Cramer from NCES and will cover the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) Data Explorer, International Data Explorer, Institute of Education Sciences (IES) Data Enclave, restricted-use data licensing, and the EdSurvey R package. Regina Lewis (Maine Department of Education) and Judy H. Tang (Westat) will co-moderate the discussion.

This free webinar is jointly sponsored by the American Educational Research Association (AERA) NAEP Studies Special Interest Group (SIG), AERA Large-Scale Assessment SIG, and the National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME) Large-Scale Assessments (LSA) SIG in Measurement in Education (SIGIMIE).

Anyone interested in large-scale assessment data, education research, or restricted-use data is encouraged to attend. The webinar is free and open to the public.
