Anne Roubal, PhD, is an epidemiologist and Principal Research Associate for Healthcare Quality with more than 10 years of experience in quantitative data analysis. She has expertise in methodology, research design, spatial analysis, and health outcomes research, with a strong background in using large datasets for population health research.
Roubal brings extensive experience applying rigorous epidemiologic and analytic methods to complex health and social policy questions. Her work focuses on integrating and analyzing large, multifaceted data sources to assess program performance, population health outcomes, and risk factors among populations. She has deep expertise in study design, statistical modeling, and evaluation, as well as in translating complex findings into strategic recommendations for decision-makers.
She leads multidisciplinary teams to conduct large-scale analyses, develop data-driven strategies, and strengthen the evidence base in areas such as chronic disease, mental health, and the impacts of environmental and social determinants on health. Her capabilities include advanced quantitative analysis, longitudinal cohort study design, and the synthesis of scientific evidence to inform policy and practice.
Roubal holds an honorary fellowship appointment with the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute.
