Becca Hofer

Overview

Becca Hofer is a Senior Research Associate for Education and Social Policy with more than 10 years of experience supporting evidence-based decision-making. She specializes in integrating research, evaluation, and technical assistance resources to strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of nutrition, education, and human services programs at the federal, state, and community levels.

Hofer’s expertise spans qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method approaches, including needs assessments and formative, process, outcome, and impact evaluations. She also develops audience-centered technical assistance resources and translates complex findings into practical guidance that helps organizations strengthen program implementation, streamline operations, and improve participant outcomes.
