Overview

Daifeng Han, PhD, is an Associate Vice President for Statistics and Data Science with 20 years of experience in sample design, weighting, imputation, data quality evaluation, complex survey analysis, and survey methodology research. Her expertise spans address-based sampling, area probability samples, dual-frame designs, and the integration of multiple data sources to strengthen statistical inference.

Han has led a wide range of statistical activities for federal clients and currently serves as the statistical lead or co-lead on several large projects. She has published articles in Survey Research Methods, Public Opinion Quarterly, the Journal of Survey Statistics and Methodology, and Survey Methodology. Han is also active in the professional community, contributing to the American Statistical Association’s (ASA’s) Survey Research Methods Section Executive Committee, the Washington Statistical Society, and the ASA’s Communities in Action presidential initiative task force.
