Overview

Lisa Korin Lentz is a Principal Research Associate and health care quality researcher for Behavioral Health and Health Policy with 20 years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating effective health care policy in the public and private sectors. Practiced in federal health policy and regulation development and implementation, quality measurement, communications and project, and team management, Lentz offers expertise in policy analysis for quality measurement and performance-based payment activities. In addition to managing public reporting of clinician performance information on the CMS compare tool, she develops communication materials for federal government websites serving patients, providers, medical specialty societies, and public reporting organizations.

Before joining Westat, Lentz was Director of Policy and Quality for the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, Director of Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) and Quality at Tandigm Health, a health care specialist at CMS, and an account manager at Independence Blue Cross. While at CMS, Lentz received the Federal Excellence Bronze Award for her work, 2 achievement awards and 1 Administrator’s Special Citation. She is a contributor to distinguished peer-reviewed journals and has presented at various conferences.
