Overview

Jill Lammert, PhD, is an Associate Vice President for Education Studies with more than 20 years of experience designing, conducting, and evaluating programs to support education policy and reform, plus providing exceptional capacity-building and evaluation expertise. She is co-leading ED’s National Comprehensive Center (NCC), which provides supports to enhance state and local education agency capacity to improve educational outcomes for all students, close achievement gaps, and improve the quality of instruction.

Lammert also co-leads the Center to Improve Program and Project Performance, which delivers evaluation technical assistance to Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) grantees to help them measure performance and improve outcomes for students with disabilities. She is an integral member for strategic planning initiatives and leads efforts to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
