Overview

Julie Bollmer, PhD, is a Vice President for Education Studies. She has significant expertise in project management, research design, and data collection and analysis as well as providing technical assistance. Bollmer coordinates staff with expertise and project roles into cohesive units to set and meet program performance standards and client expectations across different topics areas. Examples include building agency capacity to use high-quality data to inform policy and program improvements; developing data infrastructures and systems; implementing cross-agency data validation strategies; and developing and evaluating large-scale national studies.

Bollmer’s areas of focus include children and youth with disabilities and their families, special education policy, and issues related to the mental health of adults and children.
